Up for sale is my Daily Driving 1963 Chrysler 300. I bought this car a few years ago from my neighbor. Hes the original owner and has paperwork for it since it was new! its all included in the sale. The body and interior are all original. This is a numbers matching car. The Original 383 has 95,000 miles and counting, for the past 5 months Ive been driving this car everyday and am getting 13mpg The body and interior are all original but to make this car a Daily I did some minor things to make it more reliable. I started with the Brakes: Dual Master Cylinder (from a 1970), Brake Booster, Lines, Shoes, Springs, Wheel Cylinders- everything is NEW and the brakes work better than ever. After that, I gave the motor a face lift with all new parts. Electronic Ignition, Wires, Plugs, Coil, Edelbrock Intake and carburetor, Aluminum Radiator, thermostat, Battery, Fuel pump, Water pump, Alternator, rebuilt the power steering pump, Gaskets, High torque starter, fuel filter and voltage regulator. I bought all these parts new- whether it needed it or not, I wanted to make sure I would not get stranded. It does Not leak oil. The transmission was rebuilt ~15,000 miles ago. After the Motor and Transmission were looked over, next came the suspension, New front shocks and upper ball joints, everything was greased and looked over. In the rear are air shocks with the filler just under the tag. The car is lowered in the front using the torsion bars and in the rear with a 3 lowering block. Its low but the ride quality does not suffer, it still rides like a c-body should! The body is in great shape, No rusty holes on the flo.

This 1975 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham with the St. Regis Option defines thedifference between a car and an automobile. It has the 440 non-lean burn engine and the transmission hada complete rebuild about 1300 miles ago. The front pads, calipers and brakehoses were also replaced at that time. It has new front and rear U joints andfresh oil and filter. There are no cracks in the dash pad and the carpet, headliner andupholstery are in excellent condition except for one small frayed area at theupper corner of the drivers seat (pic). The trim shop says it can be pulled andresewn. The chrome, glass and stainless are all in very nice condition. Thepower windows, seat, antenna and radio, trunk release, cruise control andchronometer clock all work. The fuel gauge and a couple of the instrument panellights do not work. I have another fuel gauge but haven't had time toinstall it. The AC also is not working but the compressor functions and is quietaccording to the diagnostic (pic). At19-1/2 feet and 2-1/2 tons, the old gal gets her share of attention. I think thecar is exceptional for being 42 years old however, it is being sold as is, whereis without warranty.
